Enrichment Fridays!.....Friday Fun!

Since 2014, Dearing Elementary has been committed to offering students unique opportunities to explore new interests, develop their talents, and challenge themselves beyond the traditional classroom setting. 

Each Friday morning, students at Dearing have the chance to engage in a variety of hands-on, fun, and educational activities.  The enrichment time is designed to spark curiosity, promote personal growth, and give students the space to discover new passions.       

This fall students have had the opportunity to dive into a diverse mix of activities including: yoga, basketball, cooking, board games, arts and crafts, puzzles, outdoor fitness, Legos, drawing, arts and crafts, and puzzles. Each session encourages students to step outside their comfort zones, try new things, and pursue their passions.  By focusing on activities that are both fun and challenging, we aim to build confidence, foster teamwork, and inspire lifelong learning.
